This website has it all. Centerpointe meditations (Bill Harris) are silent subliminal meditations that helped Ryanne lose 50lbs in six months just by listening to a cd. Yes, you read that correctly. Flow Dreaming
These meditations are favorites of ours for a couple of reasons. For those who are more comfortable listening to a female voice, Summer McStravick may be the ticket. Her flowdreams take a different approach to “meditation” and visualization and cover many situations. Once you have this technique down, we have found that you can easily create your own flowdreams for situations not covered on her cd’s although she covers just about everything.
