We at Intending Bliss have been working with Wendy for 11 days. One of her intentions was to lose weight with a goal of one pant size by November 1 which would be 22 days. Most women know the horror of putting tight jeans in the dryer especially if they’ve gained a pound or two. Wendy air dried hers when we started since she wouldn’t have been able to wear them if they went into the dryer. Well today, after only 11 days, she put on those same jeans after using the dryer and pulled them off without unbuttoning or unzipping them!
Congratulations Wendy!! We can’t wait until November 1 when you go shopping to see what size you are.

I had to do a "Wendy" update for all of those who were wondering if she made her goal. She was going to shop on November 1, but she just couldn't wait. She went shopping on October 27, which was 19 days after starting with Intending Bliss. She lost two full pant sizes doubling her goal! She still isn't dieting nor has she started a formal exercise program. She only changed her thoughts about herself and the rest just fell into place with the weight falling off.
We are so proud of you Wendy! You set a wonderful example of what we all can manifest if we just follow the program. Keep it up!
